i have a ps3 and 360. if halo didn't exist, i would have no reason to own a 360. for my ps3, i have gran turismo, uncharted, motorstorm, metal gear, and resistance 1&2.

Great thread Max, I had never seen that picture of The Agency before, looks interesting, I hope the game lives up to the hype, and this year is the year I'll have to buy Madden since 3 of my friends already told me they're getting a PS3 when the price drops and they all play Madden, so I guess I will have to tag along with them...

No, it is just a 2009 mega thread. All 2009 discussion will be merged with this thread.

With official game threads, I am going to be looking for a new system so that one person doesn't bear the brunt of updating every post all the time.

How bout White Knight Chronicles, Quantum Theory, Demon's Soul, DC Universe or Yakuza 3?

Prolly waiting for more specifics on the release dates I imagine (although FF XIII in 2009 in the US or Europe is prolly a thin hope too

I was wondering that too. Is it Ratchet and Clank: Future 2 or is another PSN download like Quest for Booty? I'd much rather have a full game. Quest for Booty was fun, but a bit lacking in length.

got some questions and skepticism. don't mean to threadcrap.

LA Noire? last time anything was said was that sony dropped working and funding with 2k for the game andthere was a good chance it was going multiplat

FFXIII exclusive in 09? maybe in Japan, but nowhere else?amirite.

The Agency? wasn't this announced like 2 years ago too and we have yet to hear much else. consider me skpetical ill see it in 09 and def. consider me skeptical if this will b any good.

gt5 hopefully will be out in 09, but with sony and pd, will it suprise anybody if this is not out til 10.

heavy rain, no confirmed date. 10 is also a def. possiblity for this one too. same with MAG.

consider me skeptical that SOny will get those games out by 09 max. hopefully u know something i don't and Sony will prove me wrong.

So many good games that I want to get. But I have to say and I think everyone that owns a PS3 will agree with me. The one thing that I am even more excited about than the list of these games is three words "EXCLUSIVE TO PS3" and these are not crap games, they are all hugely popular games.
