Burnout Paradise it is!

Edit:

Went with MoH: Airborne. I'm a sucker for WW2 shooters.

If you're playing on a PS3, get Burnout Paradise. Not only was it built for PS3, but it supports trophies, and is still getting a ton of support from the developer. It's also a ton of fun of course

Orange Box would be my second pick for you, mainly because of Portal. I've heard that there are some framerate issues with the PS3 version

i'm big on the versatility one gets from taming an SG in their own special way.
don't get me wrong i love les pauls, but if one can't get an original tone from a stock SG, they're probably doom to tab mongering all their lives w/ any given fender.

Yep, that's all I've heard. But I got Orange Box (PS3) for Christmas, so I can't complain. Plus, I already have Team Fortress 2 on PC.

Id' say orange box.. its a great value, comes with Half Life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2, Portal and Team Fortress.

I tend to back to this one alot and replay them just for the fun factor theres even dev commentary if you are curious how they built somewhere or why they did something a specific way.

Now that that's been decided, you should still get Dead Space.

* The person who actually ported says many times that the PS3 is a waste of time. He even admits that his port sucks. The PC and the Xbox 360 were actually made by VALVE, and the PS3 port was not.

* When the screen gets busy (happens a lot), the PS3 port has HUGE frame-rate issues. Gets to the point of being unplayable. The patch does not address frame-rate issues.

* Both the Xbox and PC versions scale to 1080p. The PS3 is stuck at 720p, and stuck at 30FPS. The Xbox version is stuck at 60FPS at 1080p.

Orange box is a game that deserves to be played on the PC in the first place. Playing it on the Xbox is bad enough. Even worse, playing it on the PS3.
Plus there's the audio bug with the optical out. Only two-channel sound that has static that comes and goes.

I own both the pc version of half life 2 and orange box for the ps3, I prefer the ps3 version..

Loadings 1/2'ed and better then what my use to be able to do before mobo gave me the middle finger of death.

I will purchasing the next one on ps3 as well..

The Orange Box for a completely stellar package and a game(Half 2) that everyone should play through once.

I am leaning more towards The Orange Box, due to sheer enjoyment and what you get for your money.
Don't Forget Portal (In the Orange Box) Portal has to be one of the best games in its genre! It is amazing!
