Lovely piece of kit. Its a little smaller than a PS3 which is hard to tell from the screenshots (check my HT gallery)

Hey guys ive been looking for a 2.1 system and someone here recomended this system to me. well the model # was different but this is the model number for japan. I called my cousin in japan and they are going to go searching for it. they went on onkyo.com and they say it runs for about $330. my question is will this work here if i buy a transformer?? like this one http://www.international-electrical-...ansformer.html

I'd contact Onkyo. I'm not sure that it'd work.

However, this seems like a lot of effort and potentially ending up with a large doorstop for not much payoff. Why not look at another option of either a 5.1 HTiB and not use the back speakers or a cheaper receiver and 2.1 speakers purchased separately?
