I can't decide

I have confidence in Transformers 2 becuase it looks like the first was a bit of a test run, fleshing out characters, getting used to the technology. Bay said he felt like he was just "making a dumb f%cking robot movie" until he saw some of the post production.

However, Salvation looks like it could be very very good on the first run (I don't include the others with this series). I've liked every movie that I have seen with Christian Bale so I have high hopes for this one.

New Terminator trailer looks great, still way more excited about Transformers 2. I'm really looking forward to this summer, some good stuff coming out.

I am really excited for both, i love films, but i also love a good special effects driven pop corn movie, i rarely go to the theatre though, i usually wait for everything to either hit blu or dvd. But i will be going to see transformers, i just think the scale of it will really add to it, but i cant wait for terminator to hit store shelves. Actually a few of these special effects movies i am loking forward to now including, transformers, terminator, GI joe, Star Trek, and i think a few others

I dig your avatar. It makes me feel like an old sailor.....

Anyhow. I'm more excited about the new Transformers movie. My gf and I really liked the first one and we've probably watch the BD 20 times. Maybe it's where I liked Transformers as a kid, I don't know. The new Terminator does look bad ass though. I didn't know it was only PG13...

The new Salvation trailer sold me, however I'm sure the action sequences will be more impressive in Transformers 2. Still, it's all about story over bells and whistles to me, and Salvation appears to have both.

I'm really really really hoping Terminator is good, it feels like it's been awhile since I've been genuinely disappointed in a movie I was looking forward to (probably the entire summer of 2007).

for me it is transformers 2 all the way. Ive been waiting for this sequel since I left the theater from watching the first one. Terminator is very promising though. this is gonna be one fun year I'll say that much.

i dont see why it being pg-13 is a bad thing and makes you guys not want to see it or want to see it less
just because its pg 13 doesnt mean its a lesser movie
i tend to prefer pg-13 to R (with some definitite exceptions) but thats because of my personal tastes in movies, doesnt mean i wont watch an R rated movie
the movie will be great no matter the rating
i just hope they dont rate it R JUST to have it rated R
i hate when they do that just to get the R rating

i think this movie could be better than T2
but that will be tough to accomplish
but i think it could possibly do it

I've said it before and I'll say it again, just having Christian Bale on set is worthy of it being rated "R"

Especially if he's working with certain lighting people who shant be named here.

Haha I kinda thought once Chris Brown beat up Rihanna that the Bale thing would blow over, but that joke just isn't dying! The crazy thing is, the references are still amusing too, I'm just glad he quickly admitted his wrongdoing and told the public to laugh at his antics.

I hope since they seem to have a long-term plan that Terminator works out, visually it seems dark, wonder if that'll be distracting while watching the movie. Transformers is colourful.
