You do realize he can't leave you negative feedback, don't you? If this guy is actually selling fake products (marketed as the real thing), then it is your duty to report him to eBay and leave negative feedback with the exact reason why. If someone before you had done that, then you wouldn't have gone through the mess you did. Don't you think?

Thanks PitbullMike, for the heads up , I was looking at some of these , the same type , & was going to upgrade my 1000HD HDMI to these , last , but I was watching were they wer sold from , and was looking more of the $40.00 to $50.00 price range sellers,and avoiding the Hong Kong sellers for sure , But now I think I will stay clear of this one for sure. Now I have bought a couple of Monsters off e-bay , but they were used cables from independent sellers , they were fine , last night I scored a Z300V- S-video Cable for $5.00 , this selld for $119.00 new so i got a great deal ,

Yeah but now some douches will only give you your positive feedback if you give them positive feedback. They don't leave feedback specifically for your good communication and fast payment.
