That's the thing... it was never officially confirmed in the film. Despite what Nolan and/or Eckhart have said regarding the matter, come the writing of the script they may have come across an actual viable reason for which to keep him alive. If they decide that the character can better/help the story, would they really exclude him based on a few public comments made PRIOR TO PRE-PRODUCTION OF THE FILM?

Oh, and I’m sure you guys are wondering about this, he said that Joker makes it into the screenplay, albeit as a minor “cameo” type role from Arkham, but the main villains of the film are Penguin -- who is the new head of the Gotham Underworld and is involved with illegal arms shipments; Riddler -- who is a mad bomber who sends riddles to the GCP, and if they solve his riddles in time, he will spare his supposed bombing target; Waylon Jones aka Killer Croc, who turns out to be nothing more than muscle for Penguin; and, you guessed it, Two-Face -- who had a skull fractures after his fall at the end of “The Dark Knight” and is recuperating in a hospital. Conveniently enough, he has a case of short term memory loss and can‘t remember what happened (an obvious recycling of Nolan‘s “Memento”).

Nice to see Penguin and Riddler in the mix. And I’m glad to see Two-Face back as well as Joker, be it minimal. That being said, I just hope this script is legit. I look forward to the next two months in which “WBMovieLeaker” will leak the screenplay one to two pages at a time over the internet.

And if things go according to plan, I’m sure Nolan will start production on this film right after he completes his next film “Inception.” He did the same back-to-back thing with “The Prestige” and “The Dark Knight,” so I’m sure anything is possible. Props to Nolan. And to Goyer and Nolan’s bro, Jonah, as well.

That script page looks legit. And Jonathan Nolan already said they started writing the script for Batman 3 so the movie is definitely being made. I just hope the the statements from Chris and Aaron saying two face is dead are lies to keep the story secret. And I think they are lies.

of course the script page looks "legit." it wouldnt be considered a leak if it looked like it was done by a 12 year old. in regards to two face, there has yet to be any official confirmation of him living or dying. the dark knight script specifically said he was "dead," (direct quote) but that could obviously change. In numerous interviews Eckhart alluded to the fact that he was dead, but that could obviously change. of course people can speculate all they want, but as far as we know right now no answer is definitive.

Is it normal for a PDF converted to JPG files to make little grey rectangles behind the text? It's very faint, but it's clear that there is some sort of box coloring behind the text.

We need some detectives to show up and have someone post the TDK script, to compare the writing samples.

i have a copy of TDK script (official...from the WB) if anyone wants it (PM me). obviously writing styles can change according to script, but this one does not match the style TDK was written in at all..

a script could have been manipulated since it was picked up from the source. someone may have scanned it in, emailed it, then converted it 5 different times, etc etc. there's no way to really know. many fake scripts can look legit, and vice versa as well.

i just hope it has the Joker in Arkham under the care of Dr. Harley Quinn. I want to see brief scenes between to 2 showing him driving her insane then at the end of the movie she breaks him out setting up part 4.

obviously i'm not one of those people who think the joker can't be used again. Heath's performance was one for the ages but the joker is batman's arch enemy. you can't not use the character. I believe another good actor could fill the shoes.

Yeah, I don't get the point of the 2-pages per day thing... unless, of course, he's trying to drive up traffic on his site (but since he's hosting them on imageshack, I doubt it). With all the bit torrent (Demonoid, TPB, Mininova), and file sharing sites (RapidShare, MegaUpload, etc), there's no reason not to just release it all at once, and if he's worried about it getting deleted, the aforementioned sites will do a good job keeping it around.

Well, if it has Penguin in it... it's highly unlikely to be the real deal. Nolan made it quite clear that he don't want Penguin in his movies.
