Thanks for the heads up though, i'll detach mine with a sharp knife i think.
I'd recommend carefully holding the glue onto the digibook with your nail, then slowly peeling the paper jcard off of it. Once the paper is free from all 4 snot spots, then you can carefully remove them from the digibook itself.

I just wish studios would stop using that crap...

Always nice damaging something that has been out of the cellophane 20 seconds

EDIT: Looks a little naff, but I've hit the damage under the 30th Anniversary sticker, better than nothing I guess.
happend to me

Dammit, was gonna get this soon (actually asked for it for my birthday next month, but might take it off now). Do we know if there will be an Amaray version to follow? If this is going to be tricky to get a mint copy I'd actually prefer to get a non-booklet copy (which would presumably be cheaper too).

As it's an Amazon UK exclusive limited edition, I presume an Amaray version must be on the way. The digibook is really nice though. I haven't taken the sheet off the back yet but the front part came off with no trouble, I'll update with how I get on with the back!

Amazon have taken it off sale for now while they investigate some claims from customers, I'm presuming it's about the glue as there are some reviews about ripping the back when removing the sheet.

For the record, I got mine off really easy but it was a warm day and the glue was really soft.

EDIT:: It's back on sale now so they must have decided it was OK, up to almost £15.00 though.

Hmm, don't see the logic here. Customers complain, the withhold sales of the product for a couple of days, then crank the price up by almost £4? FFS...

Has the digibook been OOP?
I see it's very expensive at Amazon.
I purchased it cheap in August for my nieces, but now I'd like to buy it for myself.
