Consumers prefer discs - Page 2 - Blu-ray Forum

In my experience.....I like the fact I can view all my collection at once and pick movies out quickly. I have hundreds of movies on my computer hard drive...but scrolling thru them actually takes time and isn't as convenient in my opinion. Downloads take time...aq/pq isn't the best compared to discs. So until these things become available to have immediately with no download times...physical discs will prevail. The general public overalll doesn't like 'waiting' for things and has a 'I want it now' attitude.

I know they would have to make the same quality DIRT DIRT cheap to get me to switch like 1.99-3.99 for a new movie if the disk was like 9.99-15.99
