does anyone know if disney has plans to do this for Duck Tales? we never got all the episodes on dvd

We did a few years back. Check out ebay. If Chip n Dale does get a wide release and does well I can't imagine Disney holding back on Ducktales and Talespin. Talespin is underrated imo.

They released the final set DuckTales Volume 4 Anniversary Edition as a disney club exclusive

Yeah Ducktales and Talespin are the only animated TV series they finished for DVD.

Gargoyles as well! I also want to say Goof Troop but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Yes, I can have a feeling that you are right. I was planning on buying it anyway, but hopefully it does well so we can get Ducktales or Darkwing Duck. Don't get me wrong, I love this show and it brings me good memories of my childhood, but the two duck shows were my favorites (I also think they haven't aged at all and are still enjoyable).

That's why I have been following Rescue Ranger's release (I am uncertain I am interested enough in RR to get it), to see if portends a good DuckTales release (one of my favorite shows as a kid). However, 2 episodes of DuckTales are excluded on Disney +, in one episode it appears because a Civil War reenactment is depicted (unconfirmed). The other episode I am not sure why. But that doesn't bode well if they wanted to put it all out. Maybe they have a difference policy for the discs vs the streaming service.

Well if what Disney plus version info says is legit it should get a uhd because it in 4k hdr.

Nope, sadly. Only the first 54 have been released. The last 24 aren't.

Launchpad's Civil War from October 20, 1987. It's hands down one of the worst episodes but it would be a real shame if it wasn't included, but it sadly wouldn't surprise me. But Talespin has two episodes that are going to cause problems for the sensitive snowflakes, Last Horizons and Flying Dupes.
If we don't get these two great shows it's because of these episodes. The culture we are in now is why I'm holding on to my DVDs. Honestly, I would be shocked if we got Ducktales or Talespin because of these episode.

I don't remember it, what I would consider 'bad' episodes of DuckTales were alot of the ones from the 2nd season (Carl Barks hated them too).

I saw the original airing of 'Flying Dupes', it was a memorable episode of TaleSpin.

DMC is releasing 1/25.

General retail appears to be in 3 more weeks. I suspect several more sites will have their preorders up within the next 7-10 days.
