My preorder is on a slow freighter from the Midwest to California. Maybe I'll have it Monday.
Since I have a Sony and Oppo, I don't suppose I'll be able to prove DV is on disk until the Sony DV firmware is released.

Yes, I feel that same pain.

But we'll survive somehow, and someone whom I trust has already proved it BUT they appear to be suspendered so they can't answer for themselves right now. Very odd.

Got my Australian copy today. Can confirm even the bonus features are encoded in Dolby Vision!

Can you also take a photo of the Dolby Atmos / Dolby TrueHD 7.1 bitrate, if you player can measure it? It's 48/kHz 24-bit, but Blu-ray.com doesn't allow me to edit this info as well.

So not only is this warner's first DV release, but they went the extra mile and encoded the Bonus Features in DV, and they still forgot to market it as such? What the Hell...

Given its Warner I expect the codes to be 4k but will confirm later tonight.

Wait! UHD discs have the same special features that are included in standard Blu-ray?

Zavvi are listing the standard 4K set for £44.99 and the tin for £39.99. Nice price compared to the £77 Amazon were listing it for (though it seems to have disappeared now) and it means I can get the 4K without the tin (it's the spine and case inside which I don't like) Was going to be paying £45 for the tin on Amazon anyway so happy to do so for the standard set on Zavvi.

Looking at this photo, the standard 4K seems to share the same artwork as the tin.

Mine is the UK version and I redeemed mine on Flixster and it redeemed as UHD into myuv.com library.

Reading the descriptions on Zavvi, it seems their artwork is the wrong way around. The £45 one claims to have six discs, which would indicate it's the tin. The £40 one has three, indicating it's the regular release. Glad I checked the descriptions as I was eyeing up the £40 one - especially with the current 10% fantasy discount - over my Amazon order. Sticking with Amazon now! Even though I will probably have to wait until Monday to get my hands on it
