Those clams look very similar to Patrick Star from SpongeBob...makes me wonder if this is where they got his drawings from lol

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm definitely going to stop by a Target before my college classes start at 11:00 tomorrow to see if they have them! (I really like that the Best Buy and Target editions have artwork on both discs while the general releases only have art on the 4K disc.)

I Say yes I just Watched The 4k it looks the best it ever has to me anyway but definitely Still keeping my 3d Diamond Edition due to the special Features on the Blu Ray.

Is Disney changing the Canadian releases and reverting back to the awful french writing or are they sticking to the yellow stickers?

Reason I ask is because I notice all images from .ca sites are showing the horrendous bilingual artwork for both Mermaid and Wreck It Ralph.

Wow, should I worry? If you have anymore examples please feel free to share them. I'll be buying the Target digitbook tomorrow to get the errors on my 2013 version corrected. I tried calling Disney Home Entertainment three times over the years, but they weren't much help. They wanted me to email them photos of my discs, and they wanted me to pay for the shipping cost to send them my discs in order for them to send me the replacements. They also told me they only corrected the error on the blu ray disc, but that there was no replacement for my 3D disc. I don't have a 4K tv, but it's the only way you can get the digibook this time around.

That's because they never bothered fixing the 3D version.

I wonder if Amazon ever put the 4K on the list. Sadly it looks like, the little mermaid 4K will not be released here in Germany/Austria. So amazon.com is my only chance...

They will. Just give it time. Amazon / Disney have been spatting for 2-3 years now. This is normal for them. It’ll go up soon after release.

Target Edition still says backordered for shipping status so I reordered to pick up from the store today and canceled my previous order. Target is so messy with their exclusive releases.

Are people really making these burgers of claims based on HDR to SDR caps. For all we know, it could barely look any different on an actual HDR display.

That doesn't look promising. As someone else posted above could the massive change in colours between the 2013 BD and the UHD perhaps be caused by the HDR-SDR conversion in the screenshot?
Or have you popped the two discs in and compared them with your own eyes?

I am certainly getting this 4K BD-release as soon as Amazon stop 'dragging their heels' and get this title listed on their webpage. Come on, Amazon - quit the squabbles with Disney and offer this popular title for sale for your customers! (for us international customers eBay is the only other alternative atm and prices there will be extortionately high including shipping and possibly also import tax).
