Just got back from watching WW for the second time. Wonderful origin film, enjoyed every moment of it. Dozens of women and little girls wearing WW shirts in the theater. Gal gadot was the perfect choice to play WW. WB/DCEU hit another one out of the park. I'll give it a five despite the mma guy on this forum threatening to beat up anyone giving WW a five.

I didn't like the casting of Gal Gadot as WW, but as soon as I saw BvS I knew I was wrong. The same with Affleck as Batman. He's the best Batman in my opinion.

Michael Keaton will always be the best Batman to me. I like Ben Affleck as Batman. Just not when Snyder is directing him.

So you liked Batman better in Suicide Squad than BvS....a movie you gave a rating of 0/5. Yeah, you're very credible and unbiased

Don't actually remember SS. Blocked it out. Just meant that I like Ben Affleck as an actor and he has the look of Batman. Just hoping a solo movie with a better director will do the character Justice.

He gave SS a 0/5 and BvS a 0.5/5. An aggregate of 0.5/10. Sounds like one of my old math test scores

4.5/5

Wow! This film was brilliant, when Gadot was cast prior to BvS I wasn't sure if she was right for the role. However with that and now this like Christopher Reeve was to Superman, Gal Gadot is Diana Prince/Wonder Woman. Warner/DC needs to get to work on the sequel today. Yeah, I know Justice League is up next but they need to strike while the iron is hot!

I loved the feel of this film and the WWI setting. They probably would have liked to have had it based in WWII but it would undoubtedly have been labeled a copy of Captain America: The First Avenger despite both characters debuting in 1941.

I only saw one or two noticeable CGI moments but nothing that took me out of the film. The way they made the lasso of truth glow was just phenomenal. I do wish at the end we got more of a tie in to the events of Justice League but man I can't wait to see more Wonder Woman films!

You're absolutely entitled to it.

But a 0 or a 0.5 is basically saying the film had no redeeming qualities. None. Zero. Nada. It says that a film is not only poorly executed, poorly acted, poorlt plotted -- it means that it is utterly without value.

I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous.

Sure it has. It's saved the D.C. fans from having to continue watch watching the subpar movies that has been the DCEU.

And that is exactly my viewpoint on those movies. No redeeming qualities. Gave BvS 0.5 cause it had a couple of good scenes. The rest I hated. I mean I think it's ridiculous when people say it's a 5/5 movie. Difference of opinion. Trust me when I say I wanted it to be good. It just wasn't too me.

Good movie, the 2nd action scene
[Show spoiler]with Wonder Woman running out of the bunker
was awesome. Lots of cool fight moves and take downs. That could've been the end of the movie and I would've been equally impressed by that kick ass action scene.

What I did like about the movie despite the slower pace and sometimes lack of focus on the main goal
[Show spoiler](going for ice cream, learning to dress, adjusting to society but it not really paying off in the end, a good chunk of the film was her adjusting to society but she was really there just to fight)
, is we didn't have to wait till the end of the film to see her kick @ss as Wonder Woman as with some origin films.

I did like the final battle too even if it was CGI.

Birdemic is bad, but it's no Man of Steel.

I thought the battle scenes were excellently choreographed. Only the amazing Batman warehouse melee from BvS was better imo.

well, it was the least sucky of the DC films so far. Actually not half bad. Much better than SS and BvS.... only thing that blew is that it's OBVIOUS Jenkins is not an action director. The fights were a slo-mo "meh" fest for the most part. decent, but not great
