I was thinking instead of all of these horrible chucky (Child's Play) sequels coming out and now a straight-to-video one. Why don't we revisit Andy? Start kinda fresh, but relive the old films. Have Andy all grown up, married, has a great job, and a son. Chucky still haunts him in his dreams, and one day the mom and son go to a garage sale to find an old Good Guys doll, which is actually Chucky. Takes him home, Chucky's soul comes back in to the doll and now it's Andy protecting his son against Chucky.

The guy who played Andy is still active going to horror conventions - I think it would be an awesome movie.

I know most of these are either impossible or long shots, but I'm listing them anyway.
  • A true sequel to "Batman Forever"
  • A sequel to the Director's Cut of "Daredevil", with all the main cast back
  • Another "Sam Gerard" movie, with Tommy Lee Jones in the lead
  • "The Phantom 2", with Billy Zane & Kristy Swanson
  • A "Batman Beyond" movie, with Christian Bale as the old Bruce Wayne
  • "The Punisher 2", starring Thomas Jane
  • A much less ridiculous sequel to "The Mask of Zorro" (no genuis-level kids!)
  • "Lethal Weapon 5", with everyone back
  • A continuation of "Race to Witch Mountain"
  • A sequel to "I, Robot"
  • A continuation from "Terminator Salvation"

The Big Lebowski - It's one of my favorite movies, we don't need one, but it'd be interesting to see where these characters are 15 years later

The Incredibles - the one Pixar film that deserves a sequel

Boondock Saints/Boondock Saints II -because the second one was disappointing but gave us an awesome promise for a potential third film

The Shining 2 (if King does write the sequel, there will no doubt be a movie, but not directed by Kubrick)

Drive Angry 2 (I don't think it made too much money, but they could easily have Milton escape from Hell again for some reason)

More Clive Cussler adaptations (preferably Iceberg)
I was just thinking about another Shining the other day. You read my mind. I'd like another Drive Angry with Cage and Fichtner (spelling) again. And of course Amber Heard.

Blade 4 in the style of Blade 1 with Snipes and maybe Frost back from the dead somehow. The odds are very slim we'll see Snipes again in a Blade film. And nothing like Blade Trinity... Focus mainly on Blade this time as with 1 and 2.

I want to see a movie where the original goonies' children have gone in search of a treasure and gotten themselves lost or captured, and their parents are the ones who have to go searching for them and the treasure in the process. Why this sounds great to me, I don't know, but now they are all the right age to have 12 years olds - 15 year olds. Seriously, you could intertwine both stories to have appeal to both kids and adults.
Goonies 2, but with a new cast and new story (no remakes or reboots). Interesting idea that you suggested.

Dr. Sleep. Doesn't sound as mysterious as "The Shining". Also check out King's approved version of the Shining, the Mini Series with the guy from Wings as Jack. (No reboots or remakes, otherwise, the studio should name it something different and not "The Shining" 2014 or whatever as they did with Total Recall, which should've been called Total Recall 2 or something).

That would be cool. And another team could work on what happens after the fall of Darth Vader and the rise of the new Emperor. Luke could be played by Mark Hamill again, this time an old man like Obi Wan. They claim they don't have enough to start the live action series yet as of 2012, so it'll be awhile...

I wonder why Tony Scott apparently gave up having just worked on Prometheus with his brother Ridley Scott?

Inception.

I think there are many many tales to tell. Christopher Nolan is the best director working today!

A sequel I want is The Next Starfighter (sequel to The Last Starfighter)

My quick story idea pitch...years have past since the events in the 1st movie, and Alex Rogan and Grig have mysteriously disappeared. One of Grig's children tracks down Louis Rogan on Earth, and they must go find their relatives. Numerous CG space battles ensue. Louis Rogan would be played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

C'mon , Universal....let's make a sequel for this movie happen (and please do not remake the 1st one)!

Default the Blob 1988

I could see them picking up the story a few years later and now that priest is old and dying but he still has the that little bit of blob in that glass jar. He sees the state the world is in now.....war, bad economy, No jobs, people still killing each other. Before he kicks the bucket he let the blob loose(he believes it the perfect time to start the end of days) and it eats him, gets bigger and then the story goes on from there

Yes, Blob 1988 was a great movie and the best take on the Blob, having seen Blob 1 and Beware of the Blob.

Nolan should produce some spin-off films or something, I am sure a lot of writers and directors would love to play in his world.
