Mine usually only takes about 30 seconds. I take the pic as soon as I get the ticket and its ripped.

My app locked recently, giving me the “Unauthorized Device” error. Been trying to contact their customer service for days to no avail. Could not cancel my account with no access to it through the app. My bank not only stopped future payments but issued me a refund for the payment taken out last week. It was fun while it lasted, but I’ll be damned if I’m getting screwed out of $10 a month for a service I cannot use.

Im still not sure if mine went through or not. I got out of the app and then I lost it.

I tried, but the theater i was at has zero internet service. Tried when I got out to my car but im not sure if it went through.

Other than waiting about a minute or less, no problems submitting my stubs photo the last two days for the movies I saw (Life of the Party; Overboard).

Well... my app is acting wonky. No viewing history and no blackouts on movies I already saw. It says I am current on my subscription too.

I heard something about needing to submit a ticket picture but I got no such request...

Contact them via chat or email and tell them you aren’t being asked to submit a photo of you stub. They should have your region updated to do that.

No. You have to be in a region with “beta testing” for photo proof in order to be banned for not submitting a photo.

If the app doesn’t ask you to do it, you don’t have to provide one and it won’t affect your subscription.

Just checked into a movie...looked at my screen after paying and it said I had been checked out. Ummm what do I do? I suppose I could’ve bumped the wrong button when putting it into my pocket

Yes it did. But it checked me out afterwards. It's not in my history either. Either I accidentally checked myself out, or something fishy is going on...
