of course, everyone does - however this was a neat take on a different culture from back then. I'm sad it's gone, but not surprised. I think the Fred Savage stuff killed it. At least the final episode they got to go to Disney World.

Disappointed by The Wonder Years being cancelled. I mean, I preferred the original series, but the new series was original in itself and I was enjoying it.

These are probably victims of the strikes. If not for them they most likely would have continued.

I think the WY was mostly Fred Savage, but also the main kid is getting a lot older fast and the strike would delay it so much that he'll be two years older between seasons. Not so "wonder" anymore.

^^^ I hope that the same thing doesn't happen where Young Sheldon is concerned. The three kids who play Sheldon, Missy, and Georgie have already really grown in the six years that they have been doing the show, but we are still supposed to get at least one more season of the show.

First "Winning Time", and now "Heels".

I just subscribed to Starz to watch "Heels" Season 2 and have 1 more episode to go. I had inadvertently seen a spoiler for the Season 2 finale several days ago and was therefore thinking there had better be a Season 3. I guess this explains why S2 is being pulled from Starz in 5 days. I've never watched wrestling, but there's so much more than that going on in this show.

(If Max doesn't pull "Winning Time", I'd still like to watch S2.)

I compared Heels to Friday Night Lights. The sport is just a catalyst for a lot of the situations.

Of course they cancel it when it needed a resolution. Delaying it for a year definitely didn't help. Would be nice if somebody could pick it up but I'm not holding my breath.

I actually enjoyed it, was it amazing? No. But it was a nice comedy. It felt like it was ending on a good-enough note in case it got cancelled though.
