From the Bay. What can I say? This film has its pleasures for me. There was so much potential, but it had to be under the auspices of a shady company that went belly up and left the film woefully unfinished in terms of its effects. Japanese import. It is used, but mint. And yes that is Engrish, or a bad translation, on the cover. In 2055 mankind go extinct.

The effects are truly unfinished for the most part because Franchise Pictures went under during post and Warner Bros. did not care enough to give enough to really polish it up. The bones for a fantastic thrill ride are still there though and honestly it is still fun to watch due to the cast mainly and the concept.
