Think turning off the Internet here would be great. Really spend too much time on it. Addicted for sure. Withdrawal will be tough. Wife would have a harder time than I.

Just picked this up at Walmart after work:

With the $5 off from the deals section here, I got it for $12.96!

So excited to watch it again.

^^^^^^^^^ nice pick-up - i'll be getting the BB "Steelbook" version in a day or so ($24.99 but I have almost that much in Shopkick pts., so should be about free for me )

Btw, IF you are interested, "Yahoo! LIVE" is having an AEROSMITH concert event at 9pm, so 25 mins away.

Should be pretty cool if one has decent/very good speakers (& I do!)

I just don't care about steelbooks, digibooks, slipcovers, and all of the other collectible stuff. I really don't even care that much about bonus content either most of the time. All I really care about is the movie with great picture and sound quality.

I missed the concert last night while watching The Winter Soldier, but thanks for the heads up.

I haven't fuly decided, but I enjoyed TWS so much that I might watch it again today, and that's almost unheard of for me. Damn it's such a great movie. The A/V is pretty freakin' amazing too.

Hi Joe, my wife picked up the Target version yesterday for me. I'm out of town so I will not be able to watch it till this weekend. I'm glad to read the A/V is really good.

Hi Al!

Ralph Potts over at AVS gave the audio a score of 100/100. I don't think that he's ever done that before. It's a great presentation and an awesome movie. Did you see it in theaters? It's at the top of the list for the Marvel movies for me. Much darker with more of a Bond/Hitchcock espionage/thriller vibe than any of the other ones.

No I believe Mr. Potts has a few reviews where he gave out a perfect score. But when he does I usually end up getting those movies. I did not see it in the theater. It's been awhile seen I have seen a recent movie. So I'm really looking forward to this weekend.

How's life been treating you? Hopefully not used and abused.

Ah, I never noticed a perfect score from him before. I couldn't imagine you not enjoying it. I'm about to go watch it again.

I'm on my fourth job change this year , but luckily I finally found one that's quite tolerable, even somewhat peaceful.

Well, it's movie time, have a great evening bro!

Fair enough; everyone's different, but we all agree on a Good to Great movie being at the top of our lists/criteria. Having PERFECT PQ & AQ is always a nice bonus also - Not that I'm surprised everyone's giving this perfect marks across the board (NEW movie, latest technology, 7.1 Audio, etc.)

I've had about a 12 pack and some fancy bowls; feeling pretty good right now (off work for the next couple of days too.)

And this is my jam right now:

And this is the best song of all time:
