Morning Todd ! Sorry for the late reply on your last post to me. I wasn't around lately. I'm not doing too bad. Got a sore back to go along with the cold. Probably when I was moving the heavy boxes from the drum kit. I swear sometimes I feel like I'm falling apart ! LOL. This weekend a lady friend is supposed to come see me but I'll see about that. She keeps bugging me about it but she's not really my type LOL. Otherwise than that, I'll be playing some drums if my back is not too sore and of course watching some Blus ! How about you ? How you doing ? What's new and exciting and how's your mom ?

Well it sounds as if you have some options for this weekend.

Sorry to hear about your Back.
I believe when your Back Gives you Problems its the worse place to have bothering you.It limits you to finding on particular way to sit or lay thats comfortable. Then try to stay that way for a while.

I hope it eases up on you,Buddy. So you can at least be able to move around and do some everyday things pain Free.
And,I think its a unwritten rule somewhere, that at 40 years old certain body parts start falling apart and wearing out.

And,I dont really know what I will do this weekend.
I am really wishing that we dont lose power. We had about 6+ inches of Snow since late last night. And now its mostly sleet and freezing rain.

So,I am seeing icecicles form on Trees, the roofline of houses, and our nearest streetlight. And all of this isn't supposed to end till tonight. So,too much ice and we will find some trees and power lines coming down.

But,I pray we keep power.I wouldn't complain about being house bound if we have heat and lights and the Internet(Not to mention what I plan on for dinner).

But,along with posting on the Forum,Scouring the web looking at Gentle Giant and Sideshow Star Wars Collectibles, including Master Replicas Scaled Weapons.

All while trying to find the best prices from companies that provide good service. And since I am very new at this,I dont really know what stores and dealers to seriously consider.

And,if we have mail delivery today,I should have two Blu-Rays getting delivered. But looking outside and the fact I cant see any pavement or driveways. It maybe next week before I see those Blus.

I've been having back problems for a very long time, so nothing new for me. It's not as bad as it usually gets though. Usually I can't even move so this is a cakewalk LOL. Sucks about the snow. I know where you're coming from since we have a lot of it where I live and a lot of cold. Yesterday I looked outside and there was sun and looked nice, but when I went outside it was FREEZING ! It was minus 34 celcius with the wind factor. That being said, I hope you get your Blus quickly ! Which ones did you order ?

I couldn't handle the kind of weather you have to deal with on a regular basis.
I will gladly give you credit for being able to function and withstand when temperatures reach the levels you are talking about.

Sunday night they said we might hit 9 degrees Farenheit for the Low.And to me,that is much colder then I want to see,as well as being much colder then our average this time of year.

But as far as the Blus are concerned,I took advantage of The Perfect Storm being $7.99 since I really like that movie. And the price was more then reasonable.

Then the other Blu is a Japenese Movie that has an English Language Version. But its called Ichi and is about a Blind,Female Sword Master.I watched the Trailer and Vid Clips and was hooked.

I even showed it to Hammie, who already got it and watched it.He gave it 9 out of 10 stars,so it reinforced what I saw in the Vid Clips. So,the price dropped to $18.99 and I had to get it.

Here is a link to the Trailer and Vid Clips(And the Forum Review was somewhat kind to it as well)But its something New and Different, and a Movie I think I will really enjoy.

http://www.funimation.com/ichi/

Hope your Back and Cold ease up and allow you to have a Good Weekend,my Friend. And I know I seem to ask this(As I always forget and will write them down this time)But what are the Sideshow/Gentle Giant Dealers you normally deal with?

Have a Good Saturday,Buddy.
And when you have a chance watch the Trailer and Vid Clips to Ichi.If you haven't seen it before, you may find it interesting.

Well it's that kind of weather because it's winter but in the summer in can go up to plus 34-35 celcius without humidex factor. So it's one end to the other as far as weather over here LOL. Those sound like good movies ! Enjoy when you get them. The sites I usually check are http://www.sideshowtoy.com/ or http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/default.aspx or http://www.redplanettoys.com and if all else fails, in Canada http://www.toys2.net

Thank You Sincerely,Gates,my Friend.
Once again,I sincerely appreciate the help and the links.

I will admit I am hooked on collecting Busts and Scale Replicas of Star Wars Weapons and Helmets.
So,I have a long way to go to get a serious collection.

But the Excellent Start that was Helped by You and all my Great Friends,Gave me a Wonderful Starting Point.
A Star Wars ForceFX Lightsaber and the 1/6th Scale SideShow Terminator T-800 Replica in the Black Finish.
And,of course the Piece that put Gentle Giant on the Map for me(The Bust of Neo from the Matrix)You so kindly shipped to me.

I have added one Gentle Giant Bust(that was Basically FREE,as it was a GG FREE Christmas Give-Away,paid for UPS Postage Only($10.01).
So a couple of pieces this month will help.

Have a wonderful day and I hope you find some relief to your Back Pain,Buddy!

Hey guys ! Yes I'm still alive. Just haven't been around lately. Been busy between the gym, playing drums, watching Blus, and my son. Once I get a routine back in order I'll be back on. Was spending way too much time on here in front of my PC when I already work on one all day. Thanks for your concern guys and I'll be around here and there !

You Just "HAD TO" Do It,Didn't You Gates? It Isn't Bad Enough That You Added The "Original" Predator. But Dutch Also(Complete with Cigar). And the Skull and Upper Spine in the Predator's Hand.
Incredible Detail and Realism.
The Figure of "Dutch" looks so Life-Like that its Amazing.\
You would Think it was an Actual Picture of the Govenator.

Bruce Lee with His Movie Authentic Outfit is So Sweet.
That is a Tremendous Addition to Your Collection.

Then the Life Size 1:1 Scale of a T-800 Model Terminator looks like they could have used it during Filming.
Every Hydraulic,Hose,Teeth,Then Add the "Red Glowing Eyes"
I would Be Afraid to go to Sleep with Him in the Room.

I can see waking up and the T-800 Head is Stareing at You with those Eyes Glowing.I would Probably Freak Out and Grab for Something I could use in Self Defense.

But of Everything You Added,You Just Had to Get Darth Maul.Complete with a Dual Blade Saber That Looks as if both blades are Glowing Sith Red.

That,to me,is the Pinnacle of Collecting.
I will Never Have another "Good Day" again, until I have a Darth Maul like you Have.

That is one of the Most Detailed and Highly Accurate Figurine I have EVER SEEN.From the Outfit,to the Facial Colors, and Horns, and the Menacing Glare in his Eyes.

I see right now, that I will continue collecting all that I can;from as many different Movies and Shows as possible.

But each and every Darth Maul Piece I come across will be another one for the "Collection':So All Aboard the Darth Maul Train"

Gates, with this new set you added to your collection, you have simply outdone yourself,my Friend.
Congratulations,on not being too complacement with what you already had(Which was As Incredible as any I had ever seen)Now,its just beyond Incredible.Mezmorizing is a Better description of your collection.

Thanks for the Post,my Friend.Seeing that has Made my Weekend Complete,my Friend.

The New Gallery Pics are simply Amazing.

I Love The Addition of the StormTrooper and Darth Vader.
Added to the Awesome Darth Maul you have,I could see why you would Like Emperor Palaptine to finish a Sith Set(Just add Count Dooku).

I am Curious since I see Sideshow Have different Prices for some Figurines.
Are some made by another company and Sold by Sideshow.
And to get pieces like you have is there something like the Ultimate Series or Signature Series?
Something that shows what the Top Line Figurines are that Sideshow Offers?

And,A Sincere Thank You for All the Help with Paradigm.
Sorry to see so many posts that you had to deal with.
I am Greatful for All you did.

As well as the Difference in the Different Lines Paradigm offers(Along with the Prices)

Helps me more then you may know,Gates,my Friend.

Thanks, and Have a Great Tuesday my Good Friend.
