The battle was quite good and I did enjoy the film, but it seemed like Frankenstein was almost unnecessarily tacked on here. This movie could have just as easily served as a sequel to Wolf Man only since he was the central character. I think I slightly prefer Son of Frankenstein to this one even though it was essentially a rehash of the first film .

This is maybe the best horror movie of the 90's. I remember renting the video tape and have enjoyed it from the first time I saw it. It's original and unpredictable, has good characters (I rarely like the characters in horror movies but I like most all these characters) and doesn't take itself too seriously. It makes fun of other horror themes and gives a perfect mix of suspense, action, horror, and fun moments.






As they discuss within this movie, Part 2's rarely live up to their first installments but Scream 2 arguably rivals the first. The story picks up shortly after part 1 and we still get the same great mix of suspense, action, horror, and comedy. Like part 1, there are multiple twists and turns and this series just seems to give us so much more than the standard horror or slasher movie. This makes for a great double feature with the first Scream.






This is my first viewing of Scream 3. I stayed away from this one because of the lower ratings compared to the first two. It may not be as good as those first two, but it is still a lot of fun and a pretty good horror movie. I also liked the various cameos, especially nice to see Carrie Fisher.
