wow , I couldn't get any of those to work , so having a friend I know who lives down under mail them to me . probably cost me more in shipping this way but at least I know I will get them . Hope the next bogo sale is easier .

Also tried a large order, (4 Steelbooks) and it wouldn't go through either, is it because one of them isn't ready tell late August? (GOTG III) guess I have to limit my size and exclude any pre-orders? GOTG III and Flash.

I don't think it asked me for a mobile number for that particular item. It might have on a few others (less stock?) But I couldn't get past that for those so I gave up on them. But on the Quantumania Steelbook, my order went through, I believe, without a mobile number.

The issue I think people are overlooking is you need to (as in, not optional) add a plus sign (+) before your phone number. It is the internationally recognized code for international calls. You can't put 1-401-555-1234, it must be +1-401-555-1234. I did that and have had no problems placing orders.

They got a buy 2 4k for $40 aussie , cant get a order to work , Was able back in May .
I wonder why it works sometime and others it does not .

I haven't been able to get an order through in a long time to the point where I have given up trying and instead buy Australian imports through Amazon/eBay. The "phone number trick" no longer works for me, and frankly it's not worth the effort in my opinion. If they don't want my money, I take my business elsewhere.

it takes my phone number. that is not the problem. it just says items in your cart cannot be sent to your destination, even though their FAQ section clearly says they ship movies to the US. bummer

How is the shipping? Do they send in well packaged boxes? The box I got from Imprint had lots of broken pieces in the cases.
