He did the same thing in his Road House remake. Complained about getting in shape if it were not to come out.

I just find him annoying.

That was a joke Colbert made, he was the most in shape lawyer ever... he got COVID during Road House and couldn't shoot the fight scene and then they had to wait, and in between he shot this show. Guess it was easier to maintain it than to start over for one scene.
