I'm wid ya on that, but to me, from a story writing angle it just felt a bit odd. I really like the show, but I'm not sure I like the idea that the show really has no end-game resolution apparently coming in the next decade. I read an article where one of the writers or producers said that if the show stays on the air long enough, that they know where the characters will be in 8 years, or something?! I'd much rather that they focused their attention to some kind of awesome resolution to the show in the next several years.
