It's looking that way. I've got 6 weeks to save $35. If I can't do that, something's seriously wrong.

You must be busy.
Sup El Duderino? I've been busy working and spending a lot of time getting caught up on my blu-rays in my frog-cave. Off work tomorrow, so I'm about to head into my HT room, throw on some tunes and hurry up and get funked up.

Went to train at my local gym today after a very long break. Straight out of a comic strip the very first thing i did was lifting two 20kg dumbells from the rack and and my earlier sciatic pain came back at the same second. Not full on 100% but close enough.

I completed my workout but now i can't be in one position for very long before it get's locked in. Very annoying because that's not something you just can force or crack back into place or even really wait and just rest/sleep away (it actually get's worse by not moving for longer periods).

Have a great time at your HT dude.

I listened to:

Now back in the living room where my pc is listening to this, thanks to a mention by Wabo:

Working out shouldn't make you feel worse, at least not in those ways. It sounds like maybe you should spend more time stretching instead of or before working out.

Well it's just my lower back/hip area that's hurting (sharp stabbing pain). So it's very localized and not with a pain that runs down ones leg like most people with sciatic pain have.

My doctor said it was weak muscles in that area last time i had an identical problem. I should properly train my back each day for 15-30 minutes but im simply too lazy.

it's almost morning here but i'll try and see if i can get some sleep. It just hurts like a soab when i wake up and try to sit up. Everything is locked in a plank like position. Last time i tried getting up it hurt so bad i had a metal/blood taste in my mouth after. But then after 5-10 minutes it's almost gone again.

Oh well fun times. Hehe.

I too have struggled with sciatic issues. One thing I can tell you with absolute certainty; you need to work on simple stretching. From your toes to achilles, to calves, to hammy's to you lower back muscles. A few simple stretches every day (a couple of times a day) can reap huge benefits.

You might consider setting aside the idea of impact exercise, (i.e. weights) until you get limbered up.

I've been taking it very easy for many many months now & i though my back could handle a few rather light weights for a second or two. But apparently not. No sense in complaining about what has already happened but hopefully it won't take a months before i can turn from side to side in bed without it feeling like my pelvis is dislocating like last time.

Getting out of bed seemed slightly less painful today i believe.
[Show spoiler]less stabbing HHAHAAAA
which tells me it properly just were a strain maybe with a touch of sciatic nerve pain since it happened in my old trouble area.

Still better than being disabilitated for months. Im hoping for a speedy recovery.

Walking and coughing still hurt though and i still have to be very careful when i do stuff and not to curve my back too much.
