Seeing as how they randomly pulled it after 5 episodes in December 2023 and started airing them almost as randomly in December 2024, I'm not surprised. I tried to like the new version but it just wasn't entertaining anymore.

Excited for this as I'm always happy to support horror TV shows, but I'm hoping they can expand things a bit for the second season. The first one was good, but felt pretty samey from episode to episode. At a minimum, I hope they give us some really inventive deaths.
