How's my main Frogman?

Geddy Lee was on That Metal Show a few weeks back. They had him rank his top 12 Rush albums. I don't remember all the details but he put Moving Pictures at the top. Time to meet Tom Sawyer for some ice cold malted beverages. Salud.

Been real busy lately. I'm not familiar with Robben Ford, but I have heard of him. Guess I should check him out.

Check this out everyone:

I've had Cricket "broadband" internet for about a decade, and it's just abysmally slow, but I guess I had just gotten used to it. Well, the other day I checked around and saw that I could get Charter cable internet at about 60Mbps for exactly 51 cents less than I'm paying now.

I did a speed test comparison, and the Charter internet was 154 times faster than what I have.

So, tomorrow morning I'm getting set up with Charter!

I'm also gonna have them hook up my blu-ray players in the living room and HT room and try the free month of Netflix streaming too just for shiggles.

I'm really excited to actually be getting some big boy internet.

Time to celebrate!

Netflix WI is great. I highly recommend Marvel's new Daredevil series. Produced by Netflix and exclusive to them.

Other than the huge speed difference, my Cricket wireless disconnects almost constantly sometimes, which I'm guessing the hard wired cable won't do hopefully, plus my Cricket was limited to 5GB throughput per month, whereas the Charter is unlimited.

I also did some math

and to download a 50GB file with Cricket, it would take anywhere from about 40 to possibly almost 100 days to download, not even accounting for the monthly cap, but with Charter, if my drunken math is correct, it will take less than 15 minutes. That's just completely insane to me.
