I noticed they get a lot of steelbook and combo pack exclusives years before we do. I have yet to find Raze on Bluray here in US or even a bLuray pack of Police Academy movie collection.

Will we ever see The Last Samurai get a new Transfer and a Special treatment release from like Kimchi, Filmarena, Nova, HDzeta, Blufans, etc...? Been waiting for many years now and no success.

Do you honestly believe that someone on this forum works for the home media department of the studio that owns the distribution rights to that specific film and will answer your question?

Oh boy here we go... The usual... I ask a simple question/gets thoughts from people on this forum (As I am wondering) and all I do is get bashed

Nope instead I get bad remarks and can't even start a conversation. After all I thought this was a Forum to ask questions, give suggestions, give thoughts, etc...??

Again not trying to start a confrontation but I am getting sick of it, I ask questions and I am always getting bashed about what I ask or my thoughts...been a member of this forum since 2009, have lots of feedback-all Positive 100%, always pay for my group buy purchases, I post things when I know it can help members, I post new steelbooks when I can before someone beats me to it, and etc...

I'm not bashing you. I'm just countering an illogical question with a logical one. Don't take it personal.

It's like asking "when will I win a $60 million dollar lottery jackpot?" when I'm not even buying tickets for the draw. It makes no sense to discuss it.

I hate having to track down a steelbook I already have just for the J card.

just about to order a few steel books from zavvi. Just wondered if anyone had any opinions about the versions of the films and extras.

The films are...
IP man - triple film edition steel book
The Fly - steel book, the version with Geoff Goldblum
Reservoir Dogs - Steel book.

so just scanning my emails and found this, i immediately opened it thinking great!! loved the character and well love me steelbook,
to my shock once opening this to see the price, i bought the HMV "EXCLUSIVE" FOR £19.00

Just dont see this moving, maybe itll come down once people refuse to pay such silly prices, anyhow rant over, link below if you want to check it out

There's a slipcover exchange thread on here. Know tow or three members who post in it have j cards.

Most likely we will get confirmation from the leaked ad from target by next Friday. I think we didnt even get confirmation from Caped Crusaders until under 2 weeks of release date. But it is pretty much guaranteed that there will be a Target Exclusive Steelbook of Justice League: Dark on February 7th, 2017. More than likely at the $16.99,$17.99 or $19.99 price based on the past DC animated issues.

Heya everyone! I just registered here and I'm going to start my forum journey right away with a question that has probably been discussed many times over... but here goes:

Now that it's 2017 and everything... has it become a possibility to purchase blank steelbooks from somewhere? Blank as in you can customize your cover arts etc. I've been stalking around different forums (even this one) for quite some time looking for answers but so far, no dice.

EDIT: I think I might also be okay with an option to just buy steelbook covers for movies... but just the covers, no discs.

Anyone in the US have problems with orders from Amazon.de lately?

I ordered 3 steelbooks, Saturn 3, Suicide Squad and Hardcore in November. Saturn 3 shipped late November for December delivery, never showed, I emailed them and they shipped a replacement.

Replacement arrived about 2 weeks ago, or maybe it was the original? There are no dates on the box and the order was revised on the web site so the original ship date/arrival expected date is gone. So I don't know which one this is.

Suicide and Hardcore shipped December 17, were supposed to be here by 1/5. Still not here.

Never had problems like this from them in the past, just wondering if something is going in.

I had a problem with Amazon Italy lately when I ordered the dawn of the dead 4k ultra HD blu ray. Ordered early December for December delivery, got refunded due to the package getting so damaged that they couldn't figure out where to ship it to. Got refunded and ordered again, package finally made it but still was kinda beat up. Also noticed my zavvi orders are taking a really long time to get here as well.
