I got my copy yesterday(from Diabolik-along with VIY), funny films with great transfers/subtitles. A bit non-PC, in some cases, lol.

2000 limited editions and Amazon is already showing the standard edition one day after release.

I know there was the price glitch but that didn’t last long and most people who benefitted from the pre-order promise (myself included) were clearly going to pay the full price regardless.

Seeing how popular this set has been I wonder if this will affect the amount of limited editions printed in future similar sets going forward?

So I was going to get this right when amazon allowed me to place order (outside UK). When I did it was allready "in stock soon" so I got it. Went to see today and my order had changed from LE to standard image. Of course I went straight to chat and they confirmed my fears. I said its bull**** and they told me to watch my language so I ended the chat.

Went straight to eureka and placed an order. I hope mine gets dispatched as couple hours later it was out of stock.

I love the original theatrical artwork on the K&R BR but aside from that the PQ of Eureka's is far far superior to the K&R release.

Wow, I did not think the limited edition was going to be sold out this fast. It appears to be sold out everywhere. I guess there is no need for me to rush out and immediately order this now. I'll just wait patiently when the standard edition goes on sale since it won't be limited. Is there anything about the booklet that makes it a must-have?

Super excited for Thursday now. I already preordered One Armed Boxer and I am looking forward to the announcement this week. Also, I want to think all of those involved with these HK releases for the new discoveries and for furthering my Hong Kong film horizons. I've really got into HK films a few years ago and thanks to Eureka and 88 have been able to view many HK gems.

I would order it but shipping to the US is £22.95. The total cost comes out to £52.11 which is way more than what I am willing to spend.
