I just started the online portion of the game last night after finishing the single player. I would like to platinum this one if I can as the SP ones are easy. My PSN is daevv , same as my ID here.

For the stasis trophy I froze the ghost then put out the trap underneath/really close to him and it went right in.

I find www.ps3trophies.org and www.xbox360achievements.org has alot of info on the games online trophies. The game is the same for both systems so each site has useful info/tips.

Yes I do, and it would be a pleasure to join you. But I'm really busy lately so my gaming time is a lot squeezed out. But whenever we are both online I can take my proton pack! I never tried online yet. Is it fun enough?

Never tried it either buddy , but you were always fun and easy going when we played Burnout Paradise, so let's give it a go one day.

I can wait...I'm not in a hurry.

If it is one thing I learned with Burnout, it is that the trophies will eventtually come...you can't really stop it if you try just a little.

Almost to 3 mil and have yet to get the Overachiever trophy.

There's more to getting that trophy than just the amount of money you have (I'm just shy of 4 million and have gotten to the highest level that you can get to, and don't have it either). There are other conditions that you have to meet, which really seem like a pain. Just select the locked trophy on your trophy list for the description.

Maybe it's been mentioned earlier, but is anyone's else game glitching graphically? Once in a while part of the screen will quickly flash green, as if the graphics are being replaced with just a green shape. I would've assumed it was something on my end, but it seems odd that it's not the entire screen, and is a specific shape, like a person's head, or a couch in a hallway.

Last night I finally got both of the Slime Tether Trap and stasis trap .... but the wierd part is it didn't work to combine them both. What I did I before I froze the ghost, I shot them with the L2 with the stasis weapon loaded untill the ghost was limp, and threw the trap under them after I froze the ghost with R2 , trap sucked them up.

Now, mostly need to replay on professional and finish the game with less than $100,000, then the multiplayer stuff .... lol

I've played well over 50 games (Half probably campaigns of 3 jobs each). You get an award for every game so I suppose that is why I an confused.

When I did it on normal, I used the capture stream and just "Lucked" the gate open on my first try. Now with the s.o.b. difficutly/ cheap-icity spike, I can't remember how I even set THAT up.

Tethering to the Faces on the gate doesn't work.
Tethering to the Big Giant Stone Target above the faces doesn't work.

RAY DIES IN TWO SECONDS. I'm doing fine...ducking and weaving...they can't touch me....Ray dies and I get picked off because I have to revive his geriatric A$$!!!

You need to tether the 3 faces on the gate (the ones that glow) to a stone angel. They don't always smash into it, but when they do, it should smash one of the faces. Keep doing it until all 3 are destroyed. This is the hardest part of the game.

This is a great game, love the humor. Ill be proud to have the Ghostbusters Platinum become my 20th.

I finished up the career mode earlier on the medium setting (whatever it was called), and ended up with a 40% on the trophies. There are a bunch of multiplayer ones I guess I could get form playing that for a bit, but I don't know if I really want to play through the career again before mailing it back (it came from GameFly), because of all the graphical twitching that kept annoying me (random objects turning a static-y green or purple color for split seconds).

And I really hate the loading times. I can't imagine dying over and over on the hard setting, particularly at the end of the game with the gate part that Lucy Diamond was talking about. I kept yelling at Ray, as if he was a real person, for how often he kept dying on me during that whole run through the graveyard.

What good was the pre-game install if the loading screens still take forever?

An even better reason to shelf it for a while.

I finally got all the campaign trophies and I'm officially sick of Ghostbusters.

If anyone wants to do online runs, pm me and we'll set up a time.

Other than that, I'm working on my other 5 games.

Yep it is for both 360 and PS3. Looks like a patch will be needed at some point. I'm going to continue getting the few SP and MP ones I need till then.The official Atari Ghostbusters forums has some info: http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums...play.php?f=657

People in general are really REALLY P!ssed with those angels

It would seem there are way more glitches then I thought.

They need to stop letting the suits make technical decisions.

They should at least make an announcement that they are working on a future patch... Is there a game with multiplayer that been release without a single patch?
