Almost everyone... If this guy is serious about never having sex despite spending 4 years around ridiculously hot UF women he really is different from every other guy on the planet.

That fool can barely speak a coherent sentence. There's no friggin way he really scored SAT scores and had grades good enough to get into college. Let me guess, one of these degrees will be what he majors in.

Communications
Leisure Studies
Art Appreciation
General Studies
African-American Studies

Pretty much every college athlete only there as a ticket to the NFL has one of those pointless majors. Some of these guys can barely speak an intelligent sentence yet end up with a Communications degree.

Looks like LSU might have signed JaMarcus 2.0. The quarterback they signed, Jeremy Liggins, is 6'3" and at least 270 pounds, with some reports saying he weighs 290 and Les Miles saying he's probably closer to 280.

Georgia dismissed three promising freshman for violating team rules (and possibly the law).

Not surprising; Mark Richt runs the most lawless program in the nation. Between January and July of 2008, eight different players on the team were arrested. Between March and October of 2010, another eleven were arrested (UGA won the ignominious "Fulmer Cup" in 2010, and they are currently tied for first here in 2012).

According to a 2011 Sports Illustrated/CBS study which looked at the number of players on the teams with police records Pittsburgh is the most lawless team in college football, followed by Iowa, Arkansas, Boise State, and Penn State. Georgia was not in the top 25.

Sadly, while it's not the most lawless program, it's not without its rule-breakers. Thankfully, Mark Richt is a class act who doesn't put up with it - hence the 3 dismissals already this year, and several others last year.

If it were Florida, these players would've been suspended between 2-3 quarters of their game against Savannah State.

They were not ranked in the top 25 for 2011 because they were ranked #1 in 2010 and #7 in 2008, lol.

Chordata: Idgaf about Georgia Tech any longer, to be honest.

You're absolutely right, but these kids aren't going to big schools for a degree like you and I did. They are admitted to their respective university to win football games, make their school money, and then go on to the NFL. It's a business.

So evidently a few Big 10 coaches are crying about Urban Meyer going after guys that had already verbally committed to their schools. Isn't that the name of the game? Kids switch their commitments all the time, I see nothing wrong with Meyer going after players that have yet to sign a letter of intent. That is recruiting. I guess recruiting is about to get a whole lot more aggressive in the Big 10 amongst each other.

I saw that and as much as I hate Meyer, he didn't do anything appropriate.

There's an LCD Soundsystem song that goes "New York I love you but you're bringing me down," and that sums up what it's like to be a Georgia Tech fan/alumnus.

Good song; you should check out that album IMO (Sound of Silver).

And remember who Pitt hired after the 2010 season when they fired Wannstedt? They hired Michael Haywood from Miami (OH) to takeover as head coach and "clean up the program." Haywood was arrested two weeks later for felony domestic violence against his wife and fired.

Dude. Miami got 33 signees for 2012...

Talk about oversigning. I'm guessing that Golden doesn't expect at least 8 of them to quailify.
