The thing with Lizzy Caplan is she's married to Tom Riley, so she lives half the time in the UK... so that's a bigger thing to overcome in scheduling, because the rest are probably already in LA or at least in the US where they can get to it without hassle but Lizzy Caplan is probably already booked up if she's in the US (she's been cast in the P+ tv adaptation of Fatal Attraction and FX on Hulu's Fleishman Is In Trouble). Though, the series finale comes to mind where Jane Lynch's character left but then hires them to cater her wedding, so if Caplan can't come back full time, maybe she can hire them as a guest appearance.

It says in the article she is filming something else. But I’m aware of how scheduling my works. Doesn’t stop me from being disappointed that she couldn’t be in it. Since she was committed to an earlier attempt at a revival meant she was interested. And living part time in the UK means she knows how to get on a plane and fly to the Us. Lots of people film in countries they don’t live in. It’s amazing how planes work.

I am still holding out hope for a reunion/reboot on Netflix or something. I think the cast on the show have gotten a lot bigger, so it would be cool now if they could all team up for a limited series run on Netflix or something. Cast can take a month or two and film 6 quick episodes.

It was good, but not nearly as good as the first two seasons. I didn't care for the two new members of Party Down (the odd woman who makes weird food; the social media influencer), and some of the humor didn't work for me. There were parts that were undeniably funny, though. Almost all of the best moments were courtesy of Ron Donald.

I sure hope so.

I do agree with what you said, it was nice to see it back though. I know everyone involved is anxious to do more and just awaiting word on Starz if they are going to proceed.
