Good for you if you like it, it's really not for me. They are nice don't get me wrong but even if I had the money for it, I would not be interested in something like that.

They are all nice, however if you do that much work to your theater, you are married to your house.

Great pics, thanks for sharing!

The Bat Cave setup is definitely the only decent one. The others are pretty shit to be honest.

Your point is taken. It is definitely driven by one's taste. But --- I see that you love Star Wars. If money was no object, how would you feel about converting one of your rooms into the Millennium Falcon? Remember, we are fantasizing here.

A room? Not a HT? If it was a room, I suppose if money is not a problem I would in order to display my Star Wars collection. I would probably go more for a Death Star/Empire type of look but you see what I mean. Might be nice to display all my toys and figurines in a room like that.

"Nice"? Come on - give a little. It wouldn't be nice, it would be awesome! Now throw in some High-end A/V gear, Projector, Emperor's chair and you are in heaven!!

I woud make mine look like the control room in Jurassic Park - or perhaps the hall of Theoden King.

yeah.... instead I'll emulate Brain Sturgeon's HT, and tell my wife "Well.... I didn't want to go overboard"

I don't know if I'd want a theme or not..... but if money wasn't an issue, and I did want a theme, It'd probably be the interior of an Airplane, with the screen where the windshield would be...... not sure how it would work out.... but I haven't seen it done before, so I'd like to try it out for something unique, and there would be curved walls to help with acoustics.

Have you seen NiubNiub's room?

That, to me, is a pretty classy way to theme an HT and still keep it livable.

That room is amazing but I wonder if there is a flat screen somewhere- its seems like many steps to stretch out and get the screen ready. I would go crazy setting it up and taking it down all the time.

Is it just me or does the storm trooper have a agitated chic-ish pose.

I would try to set that one up a little different. I'm really not into toys anyway but to each his own.

That's funny. Never noticed it until you pointed it out. It looks like he's in an Empire fashion runway.

I love to look at these themed theaters. I really appreciate the creativity and craftsmanship that goes in to them; but since my taste and interest are forever changing it wouldn't be practical for me. What I would love to see; is someone do a Martin Scorsese gangster movie theme. Now that would be something to see.
