Just curious, have you seen all 11 Star Trek films? Also, what do you mean by a really long time, because if you mean by 10 years you are way wrong; 5 years you are still way wrong, and even within the year I still think you are way wrong. However, it is your opinion. Can't fault you for that.

Jeez...cant you take some prodding?
What did you post about the Hulk "Elvis"? The little leather suit you are wearing is getting too tight? How bout singing a little Jailhouse Rock or something.

Haha, I know, that's what I was thinking - but if he was putting down the Hulk and X-Men films I figured he wouldn't step anywhere near that movie to understand the reference.

I haven't read the entire thread and don't know where you stand on the movies themselves, but I think you're wrong based on the critics. Obviously everyone has their own opinion and it's next to impossible to gauge how good a movie is, but Star Trek (2009) has an overall rating based on 253 professional reviews of 8.1 out of 10 (based on data collected by RT.COM). That puts it in pretty rare company. If you go by the so called top critics it was rated a 7.9 out of 10 out of 36 reviews.

If you use this review data the movies stack up thusly:

Star Trek (2009) 95%
Star Trek: First Contact 91%
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan 90%
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home 84%
Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country 82%
Star Trek III: The Search for Spock 76%
Star Trek: Insurrection 55%
Star Trek: The Motion Picture 50%
Star Trek: Generations 49%
Star Trek: Nemesis 36%
Star Trek V: The Final Frontier 21%

Of course, these are all just peoples opinions and should be respected as such. To each his own, but remember, opinions are like armpits; everyone's stinks but your own.

Yeah, I've seen all 11 and I think The wrath of Khan is great too, with the rest being ok. I have been watching Star Trek since it first debuted on TV in 1966.

I am talking about 10 years and yes it is my opinion, after all THAT is what this is about isn't it.

Are you so eager for blood?

I'm not sure the world is ready for the outcome of the next poll.

You want the final poll - you CAN'T HANDLE the final poll!

Yeah, I think it's funny it just stopped right at the end. Maybe it's best that way - the carnage would have been ghastly to behold.

It would have been fun to see the postings however I know I love Star Trek 2009 but my vote would go for Khan, no way I would ever vote otherwise

But I could have sit back and just enjoy the show

Me too - I thought 2009 was just a lot of fun - and more of the Star Trek movie I've always wanted.

However, Khan has stood the test of time for me, so it would have got my vote.
