Here's some of my faves...

Bicentennial Man
Andrew and Portia lie on their deathbeds, awaiting the World Congress' decision about Andrew's humanity. Just as the choice is announced, Andrew dies. Moments later, Portia orders Galatea to unplug her life support, whispering to Andrew, "I'll see you soon."

Back to the Future, part III
Marty & Jennifer visit the crash site at the railroad tracks, mourning the apparent loss of Doc. Suddenly, a huge train appears, with Doc and family on board. After a heartfelt reunion and encouragement about their own future, Marty & Jennifer watch the Browns depart, headed for places (or times?) unknown.

Field of Dreams
Ray is astonished to realize that the catcher of the day's final game is the spirit of his long-dead father, John. After a brief discussion about heaven, Ray finally starts playing catch with his dad, as cars arrive in the distance.

Deep Impact
The team of astronauts led by Spurgeon Tanner sacrifice themselves to save the Earth from nuclear winter, as millions flee a tidal wave caused by the smaller of two deadly comets. As the President narrates his vision of hope, Leo and Sarah stand on a hilltop, watching the larger comet's debris fizzle in the atmosphere. "Heroes die", the President says, "but they are remembered."

The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Aslan appears yet again, and encourages Lucy by saying, "In your world, I am known by another name. It is good that you know me here for a short time, so you can better know me there." He also reassures Eustace with the words, "Narnia may yet have need of you."

every scene in the movie -what dreams may come- is very emotional... if you dont cry while watching this movie you're not human.

when maria cry over tony dead body in -west side story.

-the reader- that movie stay with you long after the movie is over... it was that good for me personally.

the last scene in -the diary of anne frank- the look on ann face when the nazi arrest her and her family and she realised that they're probably going to die.

the scene where michael tell leigh anne that he never had one of those (a bed) and she goes into another room to cry in the movie - the blind side-

the speech at the end of the movie -300-

Wall-e
[Show spoiler]near death
always gets my lip quivering A good 3 times during Up as well

127 Hours with the amputation scene would of stayed in my subconscious as well if I wasn't with such an obnoxious audience

Requiem for a Dream and it's nasty 10 mins get to me all the time

Green Lantern worked up quite a bit of hate up in me also

Kick-Ass with
[Show spoiler]Nic Cages death
also got to me a little, I never saw his
[Show spoiler]demise
coming, although it also feels like a cinematic energy drink once it's finished

This may be a corny one, but the ending of It's a Wonderful Life always gets me teary eyed, but in a good way.

The scene in 'Seven Samurai' with Kikuchiyo and the burning mill is very emotionally wrenching.
The ending is also powerful in a similar way.

Funny, because all that made me curl up in hate, a moment spoilt by Russell T.Davis showing us all how so important he is for a good 10 mins further spoilt by making the Doctor seem like a *****, writing so appalling that David Tennant tried to change his leaving moment on set.

See, it's the part when the Doctor is slowly limping to the TARDIS that gets me. RTD almost killed the finale with his round the Who-verse goodbye to every. Single. Companion. RTD is bad at writing satisfying endings. But 10's regen was violent and destroyed the inside of the TARDIS, and that got to me a bit.
