This movie was a cross between Speed and Die Hard with a Vengence for me. Overall not a horrible movie but Cena CAN NOT act. Throw any other actor in there and its not horrible movie.. He is just sooooooooooo bad at acting.

I agree, Cena is a not a very good actor but this was a surprisingly good action flick.

Got this from Redbox earlier and couldn't believe it. The writers of Speed should consider legal action on the producers and writers of this film. It's absurd. Might as well be Speed 3.

Well, the poster does say that it's from the producer of Speed

I thought it was a great action movie until the last scene. It was just too much at the end. I think they should have simplified it a bit... but thought it was worth a watch.

Default A movie for guys

I'm a big WWE fan, and a huge action film fan. 12 Rounds is a damn good action movie. If you like things blowing up, car chases and gun play, then watch this movie. If you're gay, stick to Pretty Woman and Brokeback Mountain. I'm aware that WWE stars are not professionally trained actors, but show them some respect. They're out there doing something most of you could never do if you tried.

I thought it was great shut your brain off entertainment, and the audio was fantastic!

Yeah, you are right there

It was a frigging great action movie. I didn't like The Marine much, but this one was a very good modern actioner.

And regarding acting ability, well, they do act to a degree for a profession, more theatre though. And nothing wrong with Dwayne Johnson's acting skills.

Ten years down the track of the release, I have my kick axx home Cinema, Atmos, projector, and rewatched this. It would be my third or fourth viewing of it. The movie still holds up to me. And on a modern highish end sound system, it really sounds great too.

I know Denny Harlin doesn't get much love, but Did Hard 2 is my fav die hard film. I like so many of his others films too. Especially 5 Days of War.
