People should really give this movie a chance. Forget about the fact that his last movie wasn't good. Not all of your factor actor's movies will be great, and I'm not saying Cena is a great actor by no means, but this is a great entertaining movie.

this review has piqued my curiosity.......I cant believe a John Cena movie got decent marks. This seems too good to be true. I'll give it a rent. I mean, I sorta liked Max Payne (glutton for punishment here), so this cant be all that bad.

Some will like it, I found it boring and a complete rehash of tons of action films compiled together including all the Die Hard films, Speed, Point Break,Enemy of the State, and on and on. The bad guy is lame, and Cena looks completely lost when he's not doing something physical. The picture quality is good, but the audio is excellent, The only thing that kept me from shutting it off. Renny Harlin does a nice job at emulating Tony Scott. I would rent it first before blind buying, just to make sure.

This one smacks of the 2 for $25 deal at Blockbuster. If it makes it there, I'll pick it up then.

I loved this movie, it's the ultimate beer and pizza guy movie..seriously order some Za and grab some beers and just sit back to be entertained for 90 minutes, you'll find the movie is alot better then you think a movie staring a wrestler could be

plus its directed by Renny Harlin, so you know it's going to have great production values and interesting action

I wish more people gave this a chance in theatres, i think John Cena will follow the rock in sucessful transition into action movies, and comedy as well (check out his bits with bobby lee on Mad TV..some of the funniest stuff i've ever seen)

Not setting the standard very high are we? Actually this movie turned out to be worse than I thought it would be.

I was dragged to this movie by a friend of mine that loves wrestling. It SUCKED...big time!!

I recommend a rental first.

The Marine was a kick ass action flic and this one looks like there is a lot more to it so im gonna pick it up for sure

picked this up this past Tuesday...haven't had a chance to watch yet...but glad it got a good review.

People need to take some movies less seriously...it's just one of those kick back and relax popcorn type flick.

I think you're right... Kind of. I think studios are trying to turn Cena into the next Dwayne Johnson, but so far I feel like Cena is going to come up way short in terms of decent roles (and decent acting). As long as the movies he does makes more than it cost to make, they'll pump out a few more flicks that probably should be straight to DVD releases.
