So, about 20 minutes ago i went on one of my usual late night Blu-ray hunts, and ran into this film on ebay. I had given up on this release long ago, due to the fact that it's OOP and so expensive. I usually always cross reference the actual Blu-ray page on this site, with the information i find on ebay, to make it's the correct release.

Well, i noticed it the page says it's currently $19.99 on Amazon, so i figured it'd be some third party import. However, it's actually sold by Amazon.com, so i put in an order. Even if it's the wrong one, it's well worth a try, but i doubt Amazon would actually do that without clearly stating that it's an import.

As of now, there are 2 left in stock, which makes me think it might just be the actual digibook release. So, to whomever wants to give it a try, get it while you can, at $19.99.

Thanks for the heads up. I put my order in a few minutes ago and as of this post there is only 1 in stock. Curious to see what exactly I'll end up getting.

Cool, man. Mine just shipped, so it'll be here Monday. If it's not the digibook, i wonder what it could be. I have never seen Amazon sell an import without clearly stating that it's, in fact an import - so the digi is pretty much the only option. If it's something else, i'll just return it and wait for a decent ebay listing of "America Lost & Found". Been meaning to buy that for a while now, anyway

Let me know what you receive, BXR.

It's probably back in print, but may not be a digibook. OOPs can be short-lived. Sell while you can.

That is odd. They were gone from "Amazon.com" for a day after i posted about it here. They must have stock, somewhere. I just haven't read anything on a re-release in digi form or even in a regular amaray case. Soooooo....here's hoping...

this item is not OOP. That's why amazon still has the digi, it was just taken down by them since they didn't want to saturate the market. There are plenty of these floating around.

Just because a store gets some more stock every now and then, does not mean an item isn't OOP. The Korean release of "The Chaser" has been OOP for a LONG time and wasn't available ANYWHERE. Recently, some stock was found, and they were sold at their regular retail price by YesAsia and a few people on ebay. OOP means Out of Print, not Out of Stock.

I am selling my Criterion BBS Story Bluray set if anyone is interested. Asking $60 shipped. Like new condition. Open to offers. Just PM me. Btw, the reason the price went down on this bluray is cause it go a re-release. The digibook was OOP before that.
