Oh nice, thanks for mentioning it! Will have to check it out to find out about the quality. A bit expensive. Maybe there will be a complete set when they finish releasing the individual seasons.

Just finished the second episode. This seriously needs to be released on Blu-ray!

Jericho is also coming on bluray in Germany. I just ordered first season with the first season of 4400. Crossing Lines season two made the order big enough to get delivered with out posting expanse. But can't recommend that series to anyone. The only good thing is William Fichtner. Season one just ended in a cliffhanger and i am a sucker for this kind of things.

I thought some might get a kick out of seeing how I used to browse and initiate playback of a given disc from the DVD set back in the day. See below.

While I had designed the user interface with the portrait (240x320) orientation of the remote in mind I did go landscape (320x240) for a number of DVD titles in my collection. Each page in the above example is one big button basically which when tapped would run a macro powering on all the needed components required to play the disc containing the episode. While the macro was running loading pages would be displayed. Once the particular Sony DVD changer was powered on and the disc selected for playback you'd be taken to the activity for controlling the changer.

I find it utterly ridiculous that a well out-together show from Spielberg is not out on bluray yet.
We are literally being pushed to 4K and soon 8K and hundreds of good movies are still in DVD format.. LOL.

I suspect it isn't really perceived as a Spielberg series, so much as a Leslie Bohem project that Spielberg supported. "Steven Spielberg Presents... a film by somebody else" doesn't have the same value.
