Both are great films that should be in everyone's Blu-ray library, but Alexander is undoubtedly a better film. I would go with Alexander if I were you, it's one of the most underrated films of the decade.

Alexander.

I like both films but IMO Alexander is the best film of the two, besides it looks wonderful on HD. "Alexander" is one of the best transfers I've ever seen.
I've never understood why all the hate towards "Alexander". I.e. It's no worse than Troy.
