I should've elaborated more in my post. I believe he's the closest thing we could have in a possible action star. I don't think it's his fault that most of his movies aren't marketed properly. I know Death Race was marketed well and it did well but I just don't know how he hasn't made it big here yet. I guess we're just past that period with huge action movie stars. It's certainly not the quality of his movies, save for a few all of his movies are very well done. The Bank Job was an excellent heist movie and it only made about $8 million. Oh well.

It's weird... i can see him looking the role lol, from what i can remember about Max Steel. I miss watching that show from the 90's. There were a lot of great action packed shows back then, even Action Man was awesome.

I think the only guy to be the next action star is Sam Worthington. Avatar may just launch him to the lime light.
