No comparison Fox by a landslide, but sad and shocked to lose Paramount. Would like to have all the Studios on BD, but really Uni and Paramount are my least favorite Studios. Very sad to lose Dreamworks Gladiator, but I can live with the very good SD.

I suppose I'll choose Fox although there are a few key titles from Paramount/Dreamworks that I'd love on Blu-ray like "American Beauty" and "The Ring".

ME??? Definitely FOX..... I would have been very sad if FOX (instead of Paramount) switched to HDDUD. Fox is my second in terms of my library collection (DVD), after Walt Disney.
What I want from Dreamworks: Shrek1-3, series of unfortunate events. |

Personally I prefer Fox over paramount because I'm a huge alien and predator fan. I know some will scoff at me, but I didn't think transformers was that great. It was alright..enjoyable and had it's moments, but I was bored through parts of it and I felt that the last 20-30 minutes was anti-climatic.

I would take Paramount in a heartbeat, Fox would never realease on HDM if they were stuck with HD DVD. So it would be just like last week.

Fox, it's a no brainer.
transformers, please. The only thing that I found interesting about that movie was the hot women. The robots talked like 10 year old boys, the action sequences were like these same boys just crashing 2 toys together repeatedley. Childish dribble. I'm a big fan of Pixar movies so it is not just a matter of not liking movies intended for younger audiences. |

I would pick Fox because at least they make an effort to produce quality blu-ray movies. I think the average Paramount review is 3 star compared to 4.5 for Disney, Sony, and Fox (not sure about Warner). When Paramount returns to Blu-ray lets hope that they learn how to create quality high-def Blu-rays with lossless audio. They can practice all they want for the next 18 months with HD DVD.

I would love to have both Paramount and Fox...but Fox has the better catalog. Let's face it, yesterday I was ready to buy a HD DVD player but that just ain't gonna happen. Everyone's anger is because of Transformers, it's going to be huge for HD DVD but we still have Spiderman and POTC, we got Die Hard!!!!! I will buy the Transformers DVD and upscale but I didn't buy into HD DVD because of Universal (they may be releasing Blu-Ray soon according to rumors.) and I won't buy into it because of Paramount. I still have all my Star Trek DVDs, and I've had the import Face/Off Blu-Ray since May. We'll see Paramount back in 18 months maybe even less than that.
