Thanks for the artwork BollywoodBlu-Ray. I think the second disc IS pulled from the DVD. The item number on it is totally different from the BD one. Oh well.

Mmmh, never heard it called "Display Aspect Ratio", but anyways, the black bar on the right side has nothing to do with preserving the aspect ratio. To preserve an aspect ratio, you would need either two bars on the left and right of the frame, or on the top and bottom, not top, bottom, and side!

See this fake screenshot I've slightly upscaled after getting rid of the black bar. There's no black bar on the right, yet it still preserves the OAR:



However this fake screenshot I've created also preserves the OAR yet there's black bars up the wazoo on every side:



Thus, I still am puzzled by the presence of the very noticeable vertical black bar on the right side of this disc's frame.
