I really enjoyed this film, and I think replacing my UK disc with this steelbook would be a good way to show that.

I don't usually buy from Europe (US or UK mainly) and I know certain companies use Forced SUbs (Canal and TF1 in france, dont know for germay). What are the odds of this having forced subs?

I haven't run across any German titles with forced subs. And I don't think Universal uses forced subs on their foreign discs. I think it'll be safe.

Pretty unlikely that it will have forced subs, and I do not know of any titles from Germany that do. Doesn't mean there aren't any, but in terms of the steelbooks out of Germany, you never hear about it.

As far as I know, TF1 in France is the studio that does the forced subs

Watch spanish releases for forced subs too, don't know if that applies to any steels yet, but saw it on some of my HD DVDs fom spain.

the special edition icludes the same steelbook you can buy seperatly. i prefer the special limited edition
