The Hangover: Extreme Hangover Edition - October 12th, 2010

Could this win the award for the most pointless re-release ever? I mean, I at least thought they would hold off until the sequel before they double-dip.

Warner Home Video has announced DVD ($33.92) and Blu-ray ($35.99) editions of The Hangover: Extreme Edition for October 12th. Each will include the theatrical cut (99 mins) as well as a new 108 minute unrated cut. The rest of the details are still sketchy I'm afraid, although each edition will include a 28-page book which contains even more incriminating photos and movie money to see Due Date in theaters 11/05/10 ($7.50 value). The Blu-ray release will also include an exclusive soundtrack sampler.
