So is this the "fixed" version with DTS HD MA Audio all throughout and uncut scenes?
Doubt it, it will most likely be just the same seasons 1 and 2 in a cardbord slip. if they were changing the discs they would also re-resease them stand alone

Yeah by far, however they are both region locked. and you will need to spend a large amount if you are after season 2 in Digipack as the digipack was only in the collectors edition with the head. but amary case is still for sale everywhere.

It's ridiculous they would even release it like that in the first place.

Has anyone seen this at JB Hi-Fi? Is it a box set with 3 separate Blu-ray's inside or all in 1?

I'm going to do a "Breaking Bad" with Walking Dead. Wait for the completion of series, then buy the full set of series in box set or however they package it!

Hopefully at the end of the series, distributors EOne will finally release S1 uncut outside Germany.
Only Region B Uncut version is the German release: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-W...Blu-ray/71528/

Check out the link below to see what they decided to cut out.

TWD S1, Ep2: Censored scenes http://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=949636

TWD S1 Ep3: Censored Scenes http://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=669769

TWD S1 Ep4: Censored Scenes [Spoiler Alert] http://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=179730

TWD S1 Ep5: Censored Scenes [Spoiler Alert] http://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=828387

WARNING: Spoiler Alert (Do not check out censored scenes from Ep4 & Ep5 if you have not watched the show. Contains spoilers).

IMHO, best advice is to invest in a Region Free or Region A player and buy this copy: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-W...Blu-ray/26798/
You won't regret it.
