Titanic is region-free though...
Both KoH and ID4 belong to the first batch of Fox titles released on blu-ray, and in the beginning, Fox locked everything, and I think they just used existing stock for those titles instead of reauthoring new discs.

That's what I'm thinking/hoping as well
You never want to assume too much in the Steel game of course though
Fox is still far from predictable I suppose...

Here are some pics of the steelbook (thanks @blurayfilm84 from bluray-disc.de):











It has only 1 disc inside (2d and 3d version) and the backcover is printed.
