You might not have needed to import it - wouldn't be surprised if this is also released in the UK & continental Europe.

Yeah, the case is very susceptible to wear and tear.

I have my Ultimate Cut housed in the Canadian steelbook but this is going to get purchased, no doubt. It looks fantastic.

It won't be since Warner doesn't have the rights to the movie over there, Paramount does. And from what I've heard, Paramount's transfers are actually better.

Well, maybe Paramount will release something similar in Europe?

That is freaking awesome! I had my UC cancelled from WB several times, NOT THIS TIME!

It seems like everything from the UC will be in this set too! I never bought the graphic novel so this is the perfect set for me.

Ad says it's the first hardcover edition? Really?

Um, what did I say that was incorrect?

I'm not an expert on Watchmen, so not sure what you're asking.

I didn't mean that you said anything incorrect

Just curious why there never was one before... No big deal, either way.

I think it means a reprint of the first hardcover edition of the comics. The current cover is yellow with the bloody clock.

Ahh, I see.

Anyways, I will finally be satisfied with my Watchmen kick. I got the Directors cut that has the Nite Owl ship, and the UC will be a nice treat to finally see!

Yep. And I'm glad because this set rocks. It's not like it's not offering something special with it and different from the other releases.

I think we all know by now that WHV will repackage their most popular titles as many times as they can possibly get away with, whether or not the movie in question lost money during its original theatrical release...

Yep. Now that Nolan's Batman trilogy is finished, wait till you see how many times WB releases that series.

We're 3 years away from the 10th Anniversary of Batman Begins. Might need to start saving now...

....and you *know* sooner or later they are almost certain to repackage all of their Batman movies, from Tim Burton's to the Nolan trilogy.
