it should happen in next weeks episode. They really set it up for her to appear soon with Berics Resurrection and the introduction of the Brotherhood and now Catelyn getting her throat slit which is one of Lady Stonehearts key elements to her.

I think they're more likely to show her resurrection as the final scene, rather than the epilogue of ASOS, in which the Frey is killed.

i hope you are right but now GRRM is also making it sound like Michelle Fairley is done on the show

if they drop Lady Stoneheart why even show the resurrection of Beric plus A LOT of people are gonna be royally pissed. It would also mess up the storyline in the future who will then hang Freys,Lannisters and Boltons on the show and capture Brienne.

I hope GRRM is also lying

Again, what else is he going to say? They can't let on that Michelle Fairely isn't done on the show, otherwise the reveal next week (or whenever) won't be a surprise.

Another thing to consider: they don't shoot the show in chronological order.

I would be very surprised if they didnt do Stoneheart on the show.
The creators have tremendous respect for the source material and are well aware of what an awesome development for that character is.

So what the hell's going on next week anyway? Since there's no real obvious ending post-Red Wedding at this point in ASOS, I don't really know what to expect from the finale. I'm surprised they resolved the take-over of Yunkai so quickly tonight. I wonder what they'll have to wrap up Dany's storyline next week? Also, will they have Jon and Sam both get back to the wall before the credits roll?

It's kind of nice not to really have a clear idea of what next week's episode holds. It's kind of rare for us.

SEVEN HELLS that was awful!! And then when it just fades into silent credits. Honestly, knowing it was coming made it even worse. Every scene involving Robb and the Freys I was getting all emotional. Ugh and then the Grey Wind scene when they cut to him lying on the ground!

Yeah if she were to return in later seasons they can't really be like "well she'll be back eventually". That would kind of give things away.

The wilding attack on Castle Black. Davos convincing Stannis to go to the Wall. Dany leaving Yunkai and marcing onto Meereen. Introducing Coldhands & the Resurrection.

There is lots that could go into the episode. Jon & Sam will probably meet up again the first of next season. However I can see Coldhands & resurrection being the closing scenes.

yeah she could......or we could never see her again.

all i'm saying is that up to this point.....there's nothing to suggest she's going to be a huge character going forward.

I hope it's the resurrection. They can introduce Coldhands in the next season.

The Wildling attack on the Wall won't be until next season and Meereen is likely to be held off until next year as well. I am hopeful though that Coldhands will indeed come into play next week.

...and holy hell, I'm still freaked out over last night. You'd think, as a book reader, I wouldn't be so shell shocked. You know what image won't leave my head? Talisa being stabbed to death in her belly, over and over. That's is seriously one of the most horrifying things I've ever seen.

All three seasons have been 10 episodes, the producers have said that is the max they can do within their production timeframe without sacrificing quality .

I hope they hold off on the Lady Stoneheart reveal. I'm torn because realistically it COULD be in next weeks episode, but I liked waiting and having it revealed in the books.

I liked the Red Wedding scene, but I REALLY REALLY wish they would have changed the bit with Aria.

I was telling a friend, if I directed it, it would have been exactly like the book. Aria gets hit with an axe by the hound and it cuts to black. Everyone things he's killed her.

Then in the finale you find out he hasn't. THAT would have really set people over the top.

I'll be interested to see how the rest of the events pan out, but really nothing compares to the Red Wedding...

Are they really cutting out Lady Stonheart?

Michelle filming in Toronto

Why would they show Berics resurrection then and who will now put the fear in god on Freys,Lannisters and Boltons and who will now lead the brotherhood. damn this is messed up

I would like to see them reveal Lady Stoneheart in the last ten minutes this season. Too many people are already posting spoilers on official sites. one journalist even asks in the interview, "So, you'll be returning later though?" Seriously, people suck at keeping things secret. It will be spoiled by everyone for everyone if they hold it off til next year.

Best to do it early and let the show be where the revelation is.

Could they get by with someone else playing the role?
