I was shocked when I found out too, probably one of the few characters that he voices where its just his natural voice.

What's this about Hamill also voicing Robin? I thought that was Loren Lester?

It is Loren Lester, not Mark Hamill.

Sorry my bad everyone , I just thought that it was Hamill because Joker & Robin sounded similar at times.

I used to have Mask of the Phantasm on VHS when I was a kid. Used to scare the crap out of me

Such a fantastic show, I blame my comic book addiction to it and the old X-Men cartoon.

The did a Batman Beyond movie (Return of the Joker I think) which kind of book-ends TAS. Shows what happens between Batman and the Joker in their final fight. For a cartoon (in fact, for any television), it was so dark.

On the other end of the scale, Batman: The Brave and the Bold was quite a good fun show.

Easily some of the greatest animation ever. Very epic. Oh how I love Hamill's Joker

I remember they had to change that scene a bit for TV, but it was still disturbing.

I completely agree, the Batman franchise was an epitome for animated tv.

This was the creepiest thing that I had ever seen, it made me realize for the first time just how evil the Joker could truly be.

I remember watching this show in Ireland when I was very young at maybe 4 or 5 years old. Watching this show along the 60's version made me into a fan of Batman from a very young age. I loved this show from the very beginning. It is a timeless classic from start to finish.

I have both volume 1 & 2 of this show on DVD along with a copy of both Mask of The Phantasm & Mystery of The Batwoman.

I have also region hacked my HDMI DVD player earlier on tonight to play multi-regional DVD's which can allow me to get volume 3 & 4 of the show on DVD. I will buy them from either Amazon in the U.K. or U.S. at anytime I have the money to do so. Things are now looking up for me on getting the remainder of the series on DVD very soon.

What do you all think about this idea that I had, what if Fox brings this show back and Superman: TAS on TV like in January to build up the BvsS movie? If not fox, maybe Cartoon Network?

Disney XD is and has shown marvel cartoons, so what about some love for DC?

Just finished watching the entire show for the first time and I finally agree with those who say it's a hair better than Beyond.
