Sales for PS3 40g model 1st week sales? Any guesses?

I would not hazzard a guess, just from what I have seen out at stores, it is sold out in many places. A good sign, but until we see a hard number from a reliable source, it is all guess work.

It is a known fact that Sony owns Japan and that MS has gotten their backsides kicked from day one there.

IGN took their comment out about the PS3, that's funny cuz I can't find it anymore now... they did say the PS3 has a lot worst frame rates, maybe they realize they were wrong?

Anyways... I enjoy playing games on my PS3 then my 360. Anyone who says PS3 doesn't have good games is smoking pot. Games like Heavenly Sword, Ratchet & Clank, Virtua Tennis 3 (ps3 is better, I played both), Warhawk, Resistance, Folklore, Lair... are all awesome games. Then you got Uncharted: Drakes Fortune which just got a 9.1 review from IGN should be another killer game.

I'm honestly keeping my 360 mainly as an HD-DVD player. Since most games I can play on my high-end PC, I could care less about the games on the 360. Though I do admit that the 360 has better on-line games then PS3 but nothing beats the PC in terms of Multiplayer games... WoW anyone??

Well if BestBuy in the States is keeping them in the back of the store like my local BestBuy in Canada.. instead of actually putting them on the floor ..not as many as they can I would guess

Funny at the same store the week before they guy told me they weren't expecting to sell many ... guess he knew something about their "strategy" for the coming 40GB "launch".
