It is definitely coded for Regions A and B if there are Dutch subtitles, since Holland is Region B.

Depends on the cashier/manager you get.

They shouldn't, as it's exclusive only to Target. Nobody else in the country is selling this particular item, so there is no need for them to PM anything.
Anyone that asks for a PM is(most likely) knowingly trying to scam a retailer on their own exclusive.

Not at all. It starts with the intent of the customer.

Would love the Target version but the closest store is 45 minutes away and my dad broke his leg so I am having to take care of him so I can't leave anyways. Went ahead and ordered it with Grimm from Best Buy. I expect it to ship tomorrow with UPS mail innovation so it should arrive a bit after Christmas.

I like how the art says "From the writers of Star Trek and Transformers" as that's pretty funny marketing. Mainly because the Transformers films had really bad scripts. Of course, Michael Bay basically threw out much of the first film's script, and for the second film it also involved Ehren Kruger, and they only turned in a 20 page script with what little time they had before the writer's strike.

Kurtzman and Orci's involvement made me not want to watch the show at first.

"Kurtzman" "Orci" "From Bad Robot" or "from the creators, producers or writers of Lost" is usually an automatic pass from me.

I guess the law of averages means they will have to make something good eventually like Sleepy Hollow and Fringe.

Hay don't forget Person of Interest if I'm not mistaken it also has Bad Robot writers.

I'd be tempted to pick this up on blu instead of DVD but given FOX's recent treatment of TV-on-DVD titles, I'm a little wary.

I love Lost. These writer's weren't involved with Lost, but they were involved with Fringe and other Bad Robot productions. I think it would have made a lot more sense to say 'From the writers of Star Trek and Fringe', personally, but they put Transformers just because it made a lot more money.

But I'm pretty sure the people who loved Transformers didn't love any of them, even the first one, because of a great screenplay.

I actually think they are pretty good writers but Michael Bay is not a good director and he is known for tossing writer's work. And in the case of the second film in the series, with what was delivered in time from the writers, the studio should have never gone ahead and made it. It's a joke that hundreds of millions of dollars were invested in a movie that practically didn't even HAVE a script.

Anyone having any luck finding the BD at their Target? My store never got any. They had plenty of the dvd version, which was a BD sized digibook, oddly enough.

Hope someone posts pics of blu-ray edition (front, back, inside).

One Target in my area didn't even have this title in their system.

There aren't any Targets in my area that got any Blu-Ray copies of this. I didn't see the DVD version, either, but maybe it was in the back.
